Job summary
BCAA in North Vancouver is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers in person and by phone, promoting memberships and travel and auto insurance while tailoring coverage to individual needs.
You will collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting, identify cost-saving opportunities, and aim to deliver exceptional service while meeting sales goals. Training and licensing support are provided.
Qualifications
- Two years' experience in a sales and service environment
- Level 1 Insurance license (or commitment to secure within 45 days with company support)
- Completion of Autoplan Essentials (or commitment to complete within three months with company support)
- Limited history of Errors & Omissions and in good standing with the Insurance Council of BC
- Comfortable using technology and MS Office
- Bonus qualifications: CAIB certification, ICBC systems knowledge, and ability to speak other languages besides English
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone to promote BCAA insurance products and services
- Collaborate with BCAA Support Teams and Underwriting to recommend right coverage
- Identify cost-saving opportunities to support customers' life events
- Work with team to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals
