Job summary

BCAA is hiring a Service Advisor based in Hillside Service Location. You will greet customers, promote insurance products, and collaborate with teams to tailor coverage while aiming to meet sales goals.

Expect on‑the‑job training, licensing support, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge. The role requires at least two years’ sales/service experience, an Insurance license, and familiarity with MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in a sales and service environment.
• Level 1 Insurance license (or commitment to secure within 45 days).
• Completion of Autoplan Essentials (or plan to complete within 3 months).
• Limited history of Errors & Omissions and in good standing with the Insurance Council of BC.
• Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone to promote BCAA insurance products and services.
• Collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting to recommend right coverage.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to support customers’ life events.
• Work with team to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
• Advance industry knowledge through BCAA training and licensing requirements.
