Job summary

Alpha FMC is seeking a management consultant to reshape insurance client engagements from Toronto with travel to the United States. You will lead work streams, engage stakeholders, and deliver client-ready deliverables while supporting business development and knowledge sharing across the practice.

The role requires 2-4 years of consulting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting or in-house consulting at a financial institution
• Excellent consulting and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with project frameworks
• Strong communication skills, able to present to executives and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships and contribute to business development

Responsibilities

• Lead work streams or project components and deliver client-ready outputs
• Engage with stakeholders to drive execution against project plans
• Develop content that clearly articulates recommendations for clients
• Support business development activities and cross-practice collaboration
• Stay informed on insurance industry challenges and trends relevant to Alpha FMC
