Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Risk Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting at a recognized firm or in-house consulting role at a financial institution.
• Experience in financial services, preferably insurance.
• Excellent consulting and problem-solving skills; familiarity with project frameworks and process mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive presentation skills.
• Proven track record of building and sustaining relationships within teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to support business development and growth of the Insurance practice.
• Ability to travel to the United States; valid passport and entry documents required.

Responsibilities

• Understanding complex insurance issues and their business impact.
• Engaging with stakeholders to drive and lead project execution.
• Leading a work stream or project component and delivering client-ready outputs.
• Developing relationships with clients and vendors; managing stakeholder needs.
