As a management Consultant, you will take a leading role in reshaping and redefining our industry, through projects in growth strategy, capability assessment and roadmapping, business process transformation, technology enablement, and others to transform functions within insurance organizations. You may be leading a work stream within a larger program; or helping to drive projects and produce deliverables for smaller projects alongside a small team of other Alpha resources. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions for a range of issues facing insurance companies. Over the course of each project, you will collect and analyze data, prepare and test hypotheses, and present recommendations to the client to solve their unique business challenge. You’ll be paying a proactive, leadership role in driving our programs forward and engaging directly with senior client stakeholders to solve their business challenges.

There are a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to - skill sets, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the range is $89,000 to $125,000 CAD subject to change based on salary benchmarking. In addition to this salary, employees would be eligible for both variable and non-variable benefits.
