iA Financial Group is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Strategy and Analytics team in the Pricing, New Business and Claims division. You will collaborate with data analysts, managers, pricing and claims specialists, and other business partners to transform data into performance drivers and support decision making across insurance products.

The role emphasizes building and optimizing BI tools, defining KPIs, and contributing to risk and market analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, actuarial science, BI or related field.
• At least 2 years of data analysis or BI experience.
• Proficient in SQL and a data visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs.
• Effective communication with business partners.
• Autonomy, initiative and rigorous validation/documentation.
• Interest in technology and ability to learn new tools.
• Experience in insurance or financial services.
• Knowledge of Python or R is an asset.
