Job summary

Western Financial Group is hiring an Insurance Advisor in Canada to meet sales targets by quoting and referring new business. You will quote and sell home and auto policies via phone, in person, and email, building lasting relationships with customers daily.

No license? training provided for the right candidate. A General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset. Proficiency with EPIC and strong communication are valued; 37.5 hours per week, full time, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided for the right candidate.
• General Level 1 Insurance License an asset.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
• Able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and by email.
• Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar role.
• Working experience with EPIC an asset.

As an Insurance Advisor you are responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and by referring new business. Every day you will build lasting relationships with your customers, helping to protect what matters most to them.

Here is what a typical day looks like

• You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by email
• Everyday you will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
• You will manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
• Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
• Conduct sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business

The value you bring

• You do not need experience, if unlicensed, we would provide applicable training for the right candidate
• General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
