Job summary

Role Description

The Insurance Broker role is a full-time remote position on commission responsible for advising clients on insurance and related financial products that meet their individual needs. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client risk profiles, recommending appropriate coverage options, preparing quotes, and processing policy applications, renewals, and changes. The Insurance Broker will respond to client inquiries, provide ongoing policy support, and help clients understand their coverage, claims procedures, and available product options. This role also involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, collaborating with insurance carriers to secure competitive terms, and staying current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings. The Insurance Broker will use digital tools and communication platforms to deliver professional, responsive service in a remote environment.
