Job summary

Western Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Broker in Beaverlodge, AB to quote and sell new policies by phone, in-person, and email, helping customers obtain home and auto coverage while building lasting relationships and meeting sales targets.

The role requires a General Level 1 Insurance License (asset), comfort navigating multiple computer programs, and experience meeting sales goals. This is a 35-hour workweek with strong benefits and team support.

Qualifications

• General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
• Communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email.
• Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role.
• Working experience in EPIC an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by email.
• Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy.
• Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets.
• Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
• Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by email
• Everyday you will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
• You will manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
• Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
• Conduct sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business
