Job summary

Western Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Advisor in Fort Nelson, BC for a 12-month term. You will quote and sell home and auto policies, build strong customer relationships, and work to meet sales targets in a supportive, Canadian employer environment.

No license? training is provided; a General Level 1 license is an asset. You will navigate multiple programs, communicate professionally, and contribute to team growth in a trusted, community-focused company.

Qualifications

• Experience achieving sales targets in similar roles.

Insurance Advisor - Fort Nelson - 12 month term

As an Insurance Advisor you are responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and by referring new business. Every day you will be build lasting relationships with your customers, helping to protect what matters most to them.

Here is what a typical day looks like

• You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by email
• Everyday you will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
• You will manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
• Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
• Conduct sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business

The value you bring

• You do not need experience, if unlicensed, we would provide applicable training for the right candidate
• General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
• You must be able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
• Prior experience achieving sale targets in a similar or comparable role
• Working experience in EPIC an asset
• Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week - 12 month term
• Location: Fort Nelson, BC
• Compensation Range: $51,000 - $61,000
