Understanding client connections and relationships:

As a Desjardins Agent, you have access to numerous products to help customers protect their present and prepare for the future, including Auto Insurance, Homeowners and Property/Casualty Insurance, Life Insurance and Living Benefits, and Financial Services such as Mutual Funds (RRSPs and RESPs) and vehicle loans.

Support provided to you:

• Backing and support from a major Canadian insurer.

• Training, development, business planning, and marketing assistance from your local Regional Director.

• Expert help from partners in Underwriting, Claims, and Marketing.

Recruitment locations:

Desjardins Exclusive Independent Insurance Agents operate in Ontario, Alberta, and New Brunswick.

• University Degree or College Diploma (highly desired)

• Candidates will be contacted by the Agency Recruiting team for follow-up discussions.

• Applicants must complete criminal, credit, and MVR checks and be willing to invest capital.

• 5-6 months paid training, including benefits and licensing.

• $30,000 signing bonus in the first year plus Premium Builder Compensation to cover operational expenses.

• Insurance policies are underwritten by Certas Home and Auto Insurance Company or Desjardins Financial Security Life Assurance Company, both part of the Desjardins Group, Canada's largest financial cooperative.
