Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $26.60 to $33.25, with a 35-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.Reason for Vacancy: This posting is to fill a current vacancy on our team.

• Deliver exceptional client service while representing Westland Insurance professionally across phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations across personal lines to ensure the right coverage and protection
• Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes while handling more complex insurance cases with accuracy and attention to detail
• Build lasting client relationships by providing proactive support throughout the customer journey, including renewals, claims assistance, and follow-up communication
• Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities in addition to cross-selling and up-selling products
• Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training, reporting, and day-to-day operations as needed
