Job summary

Westland Insurance Group Ltd in Kenora, ON is seeking an Insurance Advisor to promote and educate clients on insurance products and to grow our presence in the local community. You will own client relationships, deliver superior service, and help clients navigate underwriting needs.

The ideal candidate has a track record of meeting sales targets, strong relationship building, and excellent time management. A valid Insurance Broker license (or working toward CAIB/CIP) is required; we offer

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $23.00 to $27.75 based on a 37.5-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
