Job summary

HUB International in Surrey, BC, is hiring an Insurance Advisor for Personal Insurance. You will advise clients in-branch on protecting assets, build relationships, and offer tailored coverage solutions while meeting performance targets.

You will manage renewals, endorsements, and payments, cross-sell HUB products, and stay current on industry regulations. This role requires a Level 2 General Insurance License and 1–2 years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Previous insurance experience is preferred.
• License: Level 2 General Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with home, condo, tenant, and other personal insurance needs.
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Provide creative, well-informed coverage solutions.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and payments.
• Cross-sell and upsell HUB products where appropriate.
• Perform administrative tasks such as answering calls and managing paperwork.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations and coverage offerings.
