What We're Looking For

We are seeking LLQP-licensed advisors within Canada with at least two years of insurance sales experience who possess:

Technical Requirements:

  • A quiet home office or space for uninterrupted client meetings.
  • A PC or laptop with a camera and microphone in good working condition.
  • A minimum of 150 Mbps reliable internet speed.
  • Experience using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom).
  • Ability to dress “business-professional” for meetings with the team and clients.

Skills & Attributes:

  • A solid understanding of sales practices and strategies to grow a sales funnel effectively.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in explaining insurance and financial strategies.
  • Passion for being a trusted family advisor and tailoring options to meet client goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and responsiveness to client inquiries.
  • A drive to learn, improve, and grow: Clients, sales, and revenue.
  • Comfort with technology and openness to learning new tools and strategies.
  • Min. two years of experience in the insurance sales industry.
  • Does not require sponsorship, or is sponsored already (less than two years of experience).

Pay Structure

This is a full-time, commissioned Insurance Advisor position at XLNT Advisors. Your income is directly based on how much business you can close. We offer a commission-based pay structure that rewards your effort and dedication. Supported by pre-qualified client leads and cutting-edge tools, high earnings are within your reach.

Important Notes Before Applying

We are not hiring MGAs or individuals building agencies. This is not a “business-in-a-business” model. Advisors are hired within our AGA structure and expected to focus on personal production.

If you are not licensed in Ontario, you must hold multiple provincial licenses to be eligible. Ontario is the only province with consistent high lead volume due to its population. If you only have one provincial license outside ON, you will need to cover a premium for province-specific lead generation.
