Role Description

The Insurance Account Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Brampton, ON, focused on supporting clients with their insurance and financial needs. In this role, the representative builds and maintains client relationships, assesses coverage needs, and provides personalized insurance recommendations across auto, home, life, health, and business lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, preparing quotes, and assisting clients with billing and claims-related questions. The representative actively engages in sales activities, follows up on leads, and contributes to growth targets while delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. The role also involves participating in training, staying current on products and regulations, and collaborating with team members to ensure an efficient and professional client experience.
