Definity in Oakville/Mississauga is seeking an Insurance Account Representative to help our business grow through value-based conversations and a remarkable customer experience. Applicants should have a Property & Casualty license (or be able to obtain one) and strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking

Qualifications

• Sales experience in insurance or related field preferred.
• Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and customer service focus.
• Ability to multi-task and present to customers.
• Must have or obtain Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Respond to inquiries regarding availability, coverages, changes, billing, etc.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
