Royal City Recruitment is seeking an Insurance Account Manager in Lindsay, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on providing Home, Auto, and Life insurance solutions, building client relationships, and driving business growth.

You will generate leads, schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with agents to meet marketing and sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation includes commissions and benefits.

Salary range $50,000-$55,000+ Commissions

Responsibilities:

• Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with centre of influences.
• Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Engage with clients and the community through social media platforms and participate in community events to enhance the company's presence.

What Will Make You Successful:

• Sales experience (outbound and inbounds sales).
• Customer service experience.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Proactive in problem-solving.
• Presentation skills preferred.
• Time management skills.

• OTL licence and willing to obtain LLQP
• Post secondary education.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Customer service experience min 2 years
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
