Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in investment operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash, transactions, holdings, futures, derivatives, dividends, and other items.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks due to shareholder activity or corporate actions.
• Engage with custodians, prime brokers, and portfolio managers to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist auditors with data for institutional client account audits.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
