Job summary

You will process subscription and redemption instructions, handle management fee calculations, and administer AUM reporting, supporting investment teams, sales, and upper management. Ideal candidates have an undergraduate degree in business or commerce, at least 2 years in an institutional setting, and experience with Excel VBA, Power BI, Smartsheet or SQL.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, commerce or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company with operational expertise in cash notice processing, billing or AUM reporting.
• Ability to articulate clearly in verbal and written form and collaborate to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Process client subscription and redemption instructions daily for the trading teams.
• Process management fee calculations for institutional entities on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Administer the AUM reporting process, preparing monthly and quarterly reports for Investment Teams, Sales Team, RFP Team and Upper Management.
• Participate in operational projects focusing on automation, efficiency, and scalability of IPO services.
• Communicate critical portfolio information and oversee the flow of sensitive information for all CC&L affiliates.
