Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is seeking a Client Transitions Analyst to lead onboarding and restructuring for institutional clients across Canada, the US, and globally. You will serve as the primary liaison with clients, custodians, and consultants, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions.

The role requires 3+ years in investment operations or client-facing roles, with strong analytical skills and a disciplined, proactive approach.

Qualifications

3+ years in an investment operations or client-facing role.
Knowledge of financial markets and investment processes preferred.
Analytical, creative, growth mindset with problem solving.
Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of integrity; detail-focused.

Responsibilities

Manage the onboarding of Institutional Canadian, US and global clients.
Be the key contact in the onboarding process with external stakeholders including clients, custodians and consultants.
Analyze and identify operational and portfolio management requirements, potential risks and client needs, and work with internal teams to set up new clients.
Work diligently with investment managers, sales, compliance and operations teams.
Build trust with external and internal stakeholders, and apply a disciplined, proactive and flexible approach to manage the onboarding.
Coordinate client restructures including changes to mandates, benchmarks and account transfers.
Manage client KYC requirements and applications.
Maintenance of onboarding tools, project plans and documentation.
