Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation and service jobs with crews and subcontractors.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project details, timelines, and questions.
• Monitor jobs from sale through completion and proactively address delays or concerns.
• Coordinate material orders and delivery schedules.
• Assist the sales team with quote follow-up, appointment scheduling, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate service calls, warranty requests, and callbacks.
• Maintain accurate job files, permits, documentation, and paperwork.
• Communicate with suppliers and other internal and external contacts as required.
• Ensure customers receive timely updates throughout the installation and service process.

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an Installation, Service & Sales Coordinator for a well-established company in the Tillsonburg/Simcoe area.

Full-Time | On-Site | Starting at $70,000 annually, based on experience

Our client is looking for an Installation, Service & Sales Coordinator to help ensure installation and service jobs run smoothly from the time a sale is completed through to project completion.

This is a hands-on coordination role that involves working closely with customers, installation crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation and service jobs with crews and subcontractors
