Install Scheduling Coordinator

Renewal by Andersen - Mississauga, ON

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Utilize our custom Salesforce platform to find customer information and document customer notes.
2. Coordinate scheduling installation appointments with the customer and window installation crews assigned to the area.
3. Coordinate travel logistics for our installation crews.
4. Meet weekly and monthly goals provided by the Operations team.
5. Generate and send end-of-day reports to management, including tracking the monetary amount scheduled daily and rescheduling installations accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Previous scheduling and installation or home improvement experience (required)
• Experience using the CRM platform Salesforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sense of urgency in identifying quick resolutions to issues presented

Compensation and Benefits:

• $50,000-55,000 annually
