Each time a package is delivered by an Amazon associate, technology is involved both at the scene and behind the scenes. Currently, Key for Business Technology supports Amazon Logistics, Prime NOW, and Amazon Flex, with scope expanding daily.

Our team seeks motivated, multi-talented individuals passionate about maintaining and developing strong vendor relationships. Our vendors provide their customers with our IoT (Internet of Things) technologies. We develop technology solutions including devices, hardware, and software that match customer needs and delivery capacity with precision and efficiency, enhancing the delivery experience with unprecedented quality, productivity, and scale.

Role Overview

As an Install Operations Manager, you will help our vendors maximize productivity through pipeline management, motivation, and consistent communication. You will collaborate closely with our Business Development team and significantly impact the Key for Business team.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing communication with Access Controls companies, including:
  • Vendor onboarding
  • Pipeline review
  • Sales calls to customers
  • Device cycle counts
  • Agreement review
A Day in the Life

Each day varies but typically includes:

  • Calls and emails to partners/vendors to determine their projected weekly work
  • Review of installation agreements and recording results
  • Sales calls to vendor customers to generate business
  • Email and phone communication to dispatch service calls
About the Team

We are the Amazon Key Install Operations team, helping customers receive packages securely and on time at multifamily properties with Access Controls by working with property gate and door vendors. Our devices authorize entry without resident or staff contact, adding security through driver entry tracking.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies
  • Experience managing channel partners and security integrators
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, business management, and sales operations
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
