Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing our Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
