  • Manage daily margin reports and lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline internal sales processes.

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for factory automation and industrial distribution? Are you looking to make a significant impact by mentoring a growing team while staying connected to the technical world of pneumatics and electrical components? Our recruiters at Randstad Professional are experts in the sales landscape, and we are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to lead a dedicated team at our client's head office in Mississauga.

As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of the Mississauga branch's internal operations. Unlike a standard management role, this position requires a \"hands-on\" leader who enjoys coaching a young, ambitious team. You will be responsible for navigating diverse personalities, fostering a professional yet supportive culture, and ensuring that the Mississauga Distribution Center maintains its reputation for excellence. If you are a professional who thrives in a business-casual environment where the owners know your name and your career growth is a priority, this Inside Sales Supervisor opportunity is for you.

You must be a master of conflict resolution and mentorship. You will oversee the daily flow of the office, managing everything from high-profile vendor interactions to helping the warehouse during peak periods. Our client prioritizes quality over quantity; therefore, you will use KPIs not as a hammer, but as a diagnostic tool to identify training needs and ensure a healthy workload for your staff. This role is perfect for a leader who understands that in industrial distribution, technical knowledge is the foundation of effective leadership.
