Job summary

Mac’s II Agencies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our Lighting and Electrical divisions. This office-based role, located either in Coquitlam or Victoria, serves as a key point of contact for our distributor partners, providing product support, pricing, order management, warranty assistance, and exceptional customer service across our stock lighting and electrical product portfolio.

• Team-oriented and collaborative environment experience.
• Experience in lighting or electrical distribution is a plus.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and urgency.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare pricing and quotations for stock lighting and electrical products.
• Coordinate order status, shipping, and delivery with customers and manufacturers.
• Manage warranty claims, returns, shortages, and damaged product requests.
• Provide product recommendations and technical support for stock products.
• Work closely with manufacturers to resolve product availability and lead time issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order information in company systems.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional products and manufacturer solutions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with distributor partners and vendor representatives.
• Continuously expand product knowledge across our lighting and electrical portfolio.
• Support the Inside Sales team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
