Job summary

Braber Equipment, a Canadian-owned manufacturer, distributor and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Abbotsford, BC. The role blends sales and administrative duties, including entering and tracking orders, data entry, and ERP navigation.

Ideal candidates have agricultural/mechanical knowledge, strong customer service skills and proficiency with MS Office; a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Be a savvy sales person.
• Agricultural or automotive mechanical knowledge required (Agriculture preferred).
• Excellent written/oral communication and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer support experience and skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Positive “Can-Do” attitude and results oriented focus.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional and personal development.
• Effective team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Calling and emailing customers to grow accounts.
• Build outstanding relationships with our dealers and corporate accounts.
• Assist customers with a variety of requests, including recommending products and closing orders.
• Maintain an efficient sales process through spreadsheet maintenance, data entry, and tracking sales orders.
• Identify, investigate, and communicate with Outside Sales on new account potentials.
• Process incoming sales orders using Syspro ERP and provide exceptional customer service.
• Web orders, as required.
• Other duties, as required.
