Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a similar industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and assist walk-in customers professionally.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Provide pricing and inventory information to customers.
• Process and enter orders with detailed specs into the system.
• Support Outside Sales reps with quotes and orders.
• Help organize showroom and stock shelves.
