The Fastener Group in Vernon is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative to process customer orders and answer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability. You will ensure a smooth sales experience by delivering prompt, professional service and accurate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in the same or similar Industry is a definite asset.
• Strong work ethic and ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
• Excellent time management with multiple priorities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new software programs and gain product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails, and assist walk-in customers professionally.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Provide pricing and inventory information to customers.
• Process and enter customer orders with detailed specifications.
• Support Outside Sales Reps in quotes and orders.
• Help organize showroom and stock shelves.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Inside Sales & Service Representative to join our growing team at our Vernon location. As an Inside Sales & Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include processing customer orders and addressing inquiries related to products, pricing, and product availability. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth sales experience for our customers by providing prompt responses, delivering professional customer service, and demonstrating accurate product knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls, emails, and helping walk-in customers in a professional manner.

• Process and enter customer orders with detailed specifications into the computer system.
