Job summary

Auto Electric Service Ltd. in Estevan is seeking a motivated Experienced Inside Parts Sales person to be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, product knowledge, and outstanding service over the counter and by phone.

You will help customers find the right parts for vehicles or equipment, support merchandising, and contribute to a clean, organised store environment while promoting a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in counter sales, including handling phone-based sales interactions.
• Mechanical aptitude with exposure to agriculture, automotive, or industrial parts.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, agricultural equipment parts, industrial parts, or paint and body shop supplies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of heavy duty parts preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and POS systems preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs preferred.
• Ability to work weekends preferred.
• Eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and sales-focused manner.
• Sell parts, provide quotes, and advise customers on product options and compatibility.
• Assist customers in selecting required parts, suggesting companion products when appropriate.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently via POS, cash, debit, or credit transactions.
• Handle returns and warranty items.
• Participate in merchandising and visual display initiatives to enhance product visibility.
• Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the store, displays, and outside areas.
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets.
• Stay up to date on new products, industry innovations, and company promotions.

We serve both retail and wholesale markets from our locations in Regina, Emerald Park, Yorkton, Estevan, and Weyburn.

Job Summary
