Job summary

Auto Electric Service Ltd. is seeking a motivated Warehouse / Inside Sales Team Member for our Regina location. You will greet customers at the parts counter, sell parts, prepare quotes, and advise on options.

You’ll process transactions and assist with packing orders for shipment or pickup, while keeping inventory accurate. This role supports a healthy work-life balance with steady hours and part-time shifts, with potential to move into full-time.

We're looking for a motivated, and career-driven Warehouse / Inside Sales Team Member to join our Regina team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about customer service, sales, and our industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and service-focused manner at the parts counter.
• Sell parts, prepare quotes, and advise customers on product options, compatibility, and companion items.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, debit, and credit; handle returns and warranty items.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, and follow all safety and loss-prevention procedures.
• Participate in merchandising and visual displays to enhance product presentation and accessibility.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient store, counter, warehouse, and exterior areas.
• Stay up to date on new products, industry developments, and company promotions.

• Automotive knowledge or background (an asset but not required).
• Experience in industrial, agriculture, or paint products (an asset but not required).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Attention to detail and strong computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
