The Fastener Group Ltd. in Red Deer is seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Service Lead to drive a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will process orders, answer product and pricing questions, and ensure accurate knowledge across our fasteners and tools range. Collaborating with branch colleagues and outside sales, you will manage quotes, inventory information, and customer escalations while maintaining a focus on service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of customer service experience in the same or similar industry is an asset.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team of inside sales representatives.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Provide pricing and inventory information to customers.
• Address customer escalations.
• Collaborate with branch team and cross-branch functions.
• Support Outside Sales Reps with quotes, orders and related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Inside Sales & Service Lead to join our growing team at our Red Deer location. As an Inside Sales & Service Lead, your primary responsibilities will include processing customer orders and addressing inquiries related to products, pricing, and product availability. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth sales experience for our customers by providing prompt responses, delivering professional customer service, and demonstrating accurate product knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead/manage/supervise a team of inside sales representatives.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and help resolve customer issues and requests in a timely manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Provide pricing and inventory information to customers.
• Address customer escalations.
• Collaborate with team members within the branch and with other functions/branches across TFG.
• Support Outside Sales Reps in processing quotes, orders, and other requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of customer service experience in the same or similar Industry is a definite asset.
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to consistently deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with diverse groups of people.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software programs
• Highly motivated with a desire to be successful.
• Willingness to gain advanced knowledge of Fasteners & Tools products and services.
• Self-starter who takes initiative in getting things done.
• A team player with a "can-do" attitude.
