What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a structured call flow guide
  2. Close sales while utilizing prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills in both B2B and B2C contexts
  3. Build client relationships and explore new methods to retain customers
  4. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in sales transactions
  5. Track, document, and retrieve information in various databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
  1. Minimum of 1 year of proven hard sales experience, including meeting quotas and working on commission
  2. Strong understanding of the sales process, relationship building, communication skills, negotiation techniques, and closing deals
  3. High school diploma or GED
  4. Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home
  5. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
