Fountain Tire Lethbridge North is seeking an Inside Sales Representative/Service Writer to join our friendly team. You will create work orders, quote services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate billing.

You'll provide proactive follow-up with customers, recommend tire and mechanical services, and help keep showroom materials up to date. A valid driver's license and positive attitude are a must.

Primary Responsibilities

• Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
• Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
• Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
• Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
• Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
• Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.
• Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

What does it take to get on track?

• Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is an asset
• Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations
• Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical services
• A valid driver's license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
• A team player who takes pride in their work
