Responsibilities

• Create work orders and arrange bookings, relaying details to technicians.
• Provide service quotes, obtain customer authorization, close sales, and follow up.
• Proactively call customers to assess satisfaction with services received.
• Recommend tire, wheel, and mechanical services to customers; ensure accurate billing.
