Fountain Tire Grande Prairie is seeking a friendly Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will create work orders, provide quotes, and coordinate with technicians to ensure top-quality service.

Responsibilities include proactive customer follow-ups, tire and mechanical service recommendations, accurate billing, and maintaining showroom promotions. Training and advancement opportunities are available in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive repair or tire industry is an asset.
• Willing to work occasional Saturdays during the busy season.
• Excellent listening skills with ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations.
• Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and specialty tires and mechanical services.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract.
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are essential.
• Team player who takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders and arrange bookings and communicate them to the technicians.
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed, finalize sales and follow up.
• Proactive calls to customers to determine satisfaction with the service received.
• Recommend tire services, specialty tire services, wheel and mechanical service to customers.
• Ensure products are billed accurately and data entered in the computer system.
• Keep showroom materials updated with promotions and products.
• Participate in safety initiatives and training as required.
• Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhere to policies.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation and annual counts.

Fountain Tire Grande Prairie (10205 156 Avenue), an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
• Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
• Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
• Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
• Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
• Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.
• Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

What does it take to get on track?

• Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is an asset
