Fountain Tire Grande Prairie is seeking a friendly Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will handle quotes, bookings and customer follow-up while promoting tire services and related mechanical work.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive or tire industry is an asset.
• Must be willing to work occasional Saturdays.
• Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs.
• Knowledge of passenger and light truck tires and mechanical services is helpful.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to provide a satisfactory driving record.
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude are essential.
• A team player who takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders and arrange bookings, communicate them to technicians.
• Provide service quotes, obtain customer authorization for work, finalize sales and follow-up.
• Proactively call customers to gauge satisfaction with the service received.
• Recommend tire services and related mechanical services to customers.
• Ensure all products are billed accurately and enter information in the system.
• Keep showroom promotional materials up to date.
• Participate in safety initiatives to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses per policies.

Fountain Tire Grande Prairie (10205 156 Avenue), an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative!

Primary Responsibilities

• Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
• Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
• Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
• Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
• Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
• Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.
• Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
