Job description

Under the Regional Sales Director's supervision, the Inside Sales Representative will support residential sales representatives and existing customers. They will participate in implementing various sales strategies, developing bids, and providing after-sales service.

What You Will Accomplish With Us
  1. Support the team of external representatives and existing clients
  2. Participate in implementing sales strategies with retailers or in new and multi-unit construction projects
  3. Master sales and marketing tools provided by suppliers and assist in their implementation based on market needs
  4. Implement sales policies across branch networks
  5. Develop bids and close projects
  6. Assist in product selection based on technical applications or specific needs
  7. Provide after-sales service to retailers or end users
What You Bring To Our Team
  1. 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience
  2. Specialized studies in building mechanics (high school vocational diploma in refrigeration or college diploma in building mechanics)
  3. General knowledge of building services
  4. Strong sales skills
  5. Organizational skills
  6. Timeliness
  7. Effective and systematic communication with customers
Compensation Information

Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Supplemental Pay: Annual bonus

The final salary will depend on skills and experience, in accordance with regulations.
