Job summary

Consolidated Gypsum Supply Ltd. in Red Deer, Alberta seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales at the busy showroom and front desk. You will connect with contractors, builders, and the public, educate customers on our products, and process quotes and orders with speed and accuracy.

Starting compensation is $45K–$55K total, with uncapped commissions after 3 months. The role offers a fast-paced environment, team support, and room to grow with a long-standing industry leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college or trades background is a plus.

Responsibilities

This Inside Sales Representative role is your chance to work on our busy front desk, connecting with our many valued customers and offering them the friendly, prompt, and expert support that keeps them coming back. What You’ll Do:

Be the first point of contact for General Contractors, Home Builders, Drywallers, Roofers, Insulation Contractors, and the general public.

Sell and educate customers on our wide variety of industry-leading products.

Greet customers and answer calls with professionalism and energy.

Prepare quotes and process orders with accuracy and speed.

Handle payments, packing slips, and product pickup or delivery.

Keep the showroom organized, up-to-date, and client-friendly.

Execute CRM processes and maintain customer files.

Contribute to sales meetings and branch updates.

Ensure a safe, clean, and productive showroom environment.

Additional duties as assigned by Sales or Branch Manager.

What You Bring:

A high school diploma (college or trades background is a plus).

Inside sales or building supply experience (preferred but not required).

Quick learner with strong product curiosity.

Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Your Compensation & Perks

Starting total compensation including commissions $45K–$55K/year
