Job summary

Consolidated Gypsum Supply in Red Deer, Alberta is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to greet customers at the front desk, quote and process orders, and provide friendly, expert support that keeps clients coming back.

You’ll connect with General Contractors, Home Builders, and the public, educate them on products, and participate in CRM processes. Starting total compensation is $45K–$55K per year with uncapped commissions after 3 months and a benefits package after the waiting period.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers at front desk and greet with energy.
• Sell and educate customers on products.
• Prepare quotes and process orders with accuracy and speed.
• Handle payments, packing slips, and product pickup/delivery.
• Keep the showroom organized and client-friendly.
• Execute CRM processes and maintain customer files.
• Contribute to sales meetings and branch updates.
• Ensure a safe, clean showroom environment.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by Sales or Branch Manager.

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma (college ortrades background is a plus).
• Inside sales or building supplyexperience (preferred but not required).
• Quick learner with strong productcuriosity.

Your Compensation & Perks

• Starting total compensation including commissions $45K–$55K/year
