Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and supporting sales initiatives. This role requires proven experience and knowledge to effectively support customer inquiries and contribute to the sales team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and sales documentation.
• Proactively identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage international sales documentation and processes for markets in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
• Use ERP systems (preferably Shopify and QuickBooks) to manage orders, inventory, and customer records.
• Support business development and collaborate with outside sales and engineering teams

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in internal sales, customer service, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation products, particularly VFD is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Shopify ERP/QuickBooks knowledge is a strong asset)
• Familiarity with international sales protocols and documentation

Compensation and Benefits:
