Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Burlington, ON. You will directly service customers by phone and email, process orders and quotations, and maintain high customer service levels.

You’ll confirm stock, suggest alternatives, and perform outbound calls to grow business while assisting customers with ecommerce inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• AS400 experience would be an asset.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.
• Team Player.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business.
• 1-5 years at an electrical distributor experience.

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 45000 – 65000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
