Job summary

MaintainX is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join a high-impact team driving growth in strategic accounts. This is an entry point into full-cycle Enterprise SaaS sales for candidates with some closing experience—whether as a junior AE, AM, or ISR—and ready to expand their ownership.

You’ll close transactional deals under a set threshold while supporting Field Account Executives with outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, renewals, and field event support.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years SaaS or tech sales experience with closing responsibilities (AE/AM/ISR).
• Proven ability to run a sales process from qualification to close in a commercial/transactional context.
• Exposure to CRM systems and account-based workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, confident.

Responsibilities

• Run the full sales cycle for transactional deals under a defined amount.
• Partner with 3-4 Field Account Executives to drive outbound prospecting and support account plans.
• Manage and execute renewals across signed accounts in your territory.
• Follow up on inbound leads quickly and effectively.
• Drive attendance and follow-up for marketing and field events.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast precisely, and stay aligned with your territory team.
