Qualifications

• AS400 experience would be an asset.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is advantageous.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is a must.

Responsibilities

• Directly service customers via phone and email daily.
• Process orders, inquiries and quotations.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives.
• Make follow-up calls on quotations.
• Make at least four outbound calls daily to solicit additional business.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding e-commerce.
