Recruiting in Motion is seeking four Inside Sales / Counter Sales Representatives for Vancouver and Surrey. Join a BC-owned firm focusing on equipment rentals, construction hardware, and industrial supplies. Competitive compensation and a weekday schedule offered.

Role involves assisting customers, recommending equipment, preparing quotes, and processing rental transactions in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment rentals, construction, hardware, industrial supplies, or related industry is highly desirable.
• Experience in inside sales, counter sales, customer service, or similar customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with tools, construction equipment, machinery, or mechanical products is a strong asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills for handling multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with equipment rental inquiries, reservations, and orders.
• Recommend suitable tools, machinery, and equipment based on customer requirements.
• Provide product information and educate customers on safe operation of equipment.
• Prepare rental quotes, agreements, and related documentation accurately.
• Identify additional products and accessories to support sales growth.
• Develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing accounts.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and potential sales opportunities.
• Coordinate equipment availability, reservations, deliveries, and returns with branches.
• Inspect returned equipment and communicate maintenance needs.
