Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer order and quotation requests over the counter and via outside sales representatives, telephone, email, and faxed correspondence.
• Enter and process orders and deliver products.
• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service and upsell related products.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and restock store merchandise as needed.
• Drive delivery van to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials.
