Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming voice for inbound customer inquiries, delivering thoughtful and professional service from first contact to order completion.
• Support inside sales activities by leveraging repeat business and referral relationships.
• Collaborate with production and administrative teams to ensure orders are accurate and delivered smoothly.
• Use Adobe Illustrator at a junior designer level to manipulate and prepare customer files.
• Build strong relationships with a diverse customer base, including occasional walk-in clients.
