NTT DATA is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate who speaks fluent English to join our team working for our valued end client.
New hires must have a working device (such as a cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process.
*** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Call Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency in the material. No time off is allowed during the training period.***
Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:00pm Atlantic time. Shift times may change as per client requirements, and overtime may be required based on business needs.
