Cascadia Metals is seeking an Inside/Outside Sales Representative to operate from our Delta head office. This permanent, full-time role targets growth through new client acquisition and solidification of existing accounts while promoting our metal products and services.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of direct metal industry sales experience, a post-secondary degree, and willingness to travel as needed. Benefits include competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of direct sales experience in the metal industry.
• Vehicle ownership and ability for overnight travel (driver's abstract may be requested).
• A post-secondary degree and experience in the steel industry.
• Preference for candidates with prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory business objectives including sales goals and growth targets.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.
• Prospect and cold call to establish new customer relationships and generate additional business.
• Maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing customers and build new ones.
• Maintain knowledge of products and their applications and support inside sales as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and admin teams to prepare proposals, quotes, and process orders.

Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Inside/Outside Sales Representative to work from our head office, Delta branch. In this permanent, full-time role, we are looking for a driven team member, who shares our champion's mindset and values. The successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, passion to be part of the team

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory business objectives, including sales goals and growth targets.
• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.
• Prospect and cold call to establish new customer relationships and generate additional business.
• Maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing customers while building long-term relationships with new clients.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and their applications.
• Provide support to the inside sales team as needed.
• Actively pursue opportunities to position the company's products and services in the market.
• Promote and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, fulfilling customer needs, and resolving issues effectively.
• Collaborate with sales and administrative teams to prepare proposals, create quotes, and process customer orders.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to enhance customer relationships in all aspects, including product recommendations and support.
